Chilly Out Here

My friends went to Florida last week and said that they were boiling hot. Sounds good right about now! On Saturday we had an iffy day. If the sun was behind the clouds it was quite chilly, but when it came out it was an awesome fall day. My husband got a sunburn on his head and looks like he's embarrassed, but he's cute--no make that adorable.

Anyway, the weather changed so drastically overnight. The last couple of days the wind picked up, and shorts are out of the question. It's gotten quite nippy outside. :(

The good news is that Spring is only six months away! I hope I have a few more deck days before then.

it is NOT jealousy, but a bit of envy...we are STILL sweltering, here in Georgia...no sign of fall..Since you have seen it, can you send it south?? That would make me soooo happy...the thought of a sweater...
peace,
lori

Oh man, we BETTER have some nice warm days yet before the snow flies!!! I'd be happy to trade a couple of weeks with Georgia anytime! (hold the hurricanes though, please!)

Oh, to feel the breezes of fall here in GA. It is still close to 100 most days here. I'm not complaining, though, because I hate being cold!!!! Our winter (or at least that is still what they call it even here) is right around the corner, but I do hope we enjoy a beautiful fall and get to see the leaves change before they die and fall all over the place!

We had snow on Sunday. I have a photo on my blog. Today it is supposed to be near 80 but it was 45 and chilly this morning. I love my deck so understand wanting more deck days!

Hugs!
